Man of Steel:

"Man of steel" is a remake of Super Man movies series based on the world's most famous comic character " The Super Man".
Man of Steel was a huge success on the box office although it had some critics gossiping about its weak character build up. Man of steel is produced by Christopher Nolan, directed Zack Snyder and distributed by Warner Bros. Henry Cavill played the lead roll along with Amy Adams, Michael Shannon and Diane Lane. Man of steel was released on June, 14, 2013 with running time 143 minutes.

Review:

The movie is a remake of Super man movie. The movie has the similarly story in the beginning of krypton its destruction and Clark Kent ( Superman's) arrival on earth in a pod ship. The addition to the story is general Zod a kryptonian who intends to destroy earth to reproduce his race and populate krypton once again. Super man stops the general Zod with help of military.

Pacific Rim is another super sophisticated robotics action movie produced by Legendry Pictures distributed by Warner Bros staring Charlie Hunnam, Idris Elba, Rinko Kikunchi.The movie was a huge success all around the world but it didn't get the expected response in US. Pacific Rim was highly praised for its outstanding visual effects and a story that makes you stand on toes through out the movie.

The movie follows a story in which earth is at war with inter dimensional monsters which appeared from pacific ocean. To defend the earth humans unite to create gigantic humanoid robots controlled by two pilots. Pacific Rim is an adventurous movie with lots of action and mind blowing science fiction. The lone Ranger is another Wild West action movie staring Johnny Depp and Armie Hammer. The movie is directed by Gore Verbinsky and produced by Jerry Bruckheimer. The movie had multiple issues going with production and budget which led to almost cancellation although The Lone Ranger had a great story and plot still proved to be commercial failure and was not able to reach estimated success. The Lone Ranger made $260502115 on the box office with a budget of 225-250 million dollars.

As I have mentioned above and you would've guessed by the posters and name of the movie, its a good old high flying kick ass wild west action movie. Now add johnny Depp to the equation and you can imagine the level of fun in the movie. The story is about a Texas lawyer who comes to visit his home town and finds himself in an unexpected scenario and had to hunt down a notorious outlaw to save his beloved family and home. Now I have only given the idea of the movie and kept the story hidden to preserve the crisp of the movie. The lone ranger is an action packed movie with a great story and video effects.

You may already been exposed to the trailers of this movie and if you haven't watched it yet you are missing out on a great story that will leave you astonished. This movie is based on real life story of a New York state born free African American Solomon Northup. The movie has a very moving story it was directed by Steve McQueen and produced by Brad Pitt. 12 Years a Slave was released on August 30, 2013 and made $178,360,601 approx on the box office.

Run Time:134 Minutes.

Now to story part the movie is about about a free African American who is working as a violinist and lives a happy life with his family. But then he gets kidnapped and next thing he knows is he is chained up and sold in a market as a slave, Solomon tries to prove his freedom but his voice is buried under the cruelty of white slave masters and goes through a lot of misery before he finally gains freedom after 12 years.

You may have probably seen the previous instalments of the Bourne series. This is the fourth instalment of Bourne series based on the novel of same name by Robert Lodlum. This movie was released on August-12-2012. The movie was directed by Tony Gilroy. As its previous instalments this movie was also an action packed thriller which was hugely successful on the box office. The movie was distributed by Universal Pictures and made $276,144,750 approx.

It was a Great addition but it was hard watching Jeremey Renner portray his role without comparing him to Bourne; forgetting that they are two completely different characters. It is also a perfect set up for another film. I like how they connected the stories; maybe we just might get to see Bourne again in any potential films?
