The movie is a remake of Super man movie. The movie has the similarly story in the beginning of krypton its destruction and Clark Kent ( Superman's) arrival on earth in a pod ship. The addition to the story is general Zod a kryptonian who intends to destroy earth to reproduce his race and populate krypton once again.
